Three unpaid parking tickets can trigger a hold on a University of Utah students account, blocking registration, diplomas and transcripts until the matter is resolved. The policy directs the Office of the Dean of Students to place a registration hold on students Campus Information Services (CIS) accounts after they accumulate three or more parking tickets that remain unpaid for 10 days.
