13-year-old boy on e-bike seriously injured in hit-and-run crash in Ogden
A 13-year-old Ogden boy is recovering from serious injuries after police say he was hit by a vehicle while riding an e-bike Sunday morning near 7th Street and Adams Avenue. Ogden police said the driver fled the scene. The boy's grandfather said the 13-year-old suffered a cracked skull, damage to his eye socket, a severe leg injury and several other injuries in the crash.
