The Huntsville Town Planning Commission will not hold its regularly scheduled public meeting or public hearing on September 24, 2026, according to a notice published September 15.
The cancellation notice was issued by Huntsville Town Clerk Shannon Smith. The document stated that the meeting originally scheduled for September 24, 2026, has been canceled.
The next scheduled Planning Commission meeting was set for Wednesday, September 23, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Huntsville Town Hall, located at 7474 E 200 S. Persons needing assistance for meeting attendance due to the Americans with Disabilities Act can contact Shannon Smith at 745-3420 with at least 48 hours of advance notice.
