White Horse restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City is mourning one of their own, after 20-year-old Ottaniel Morales was identified as the victim of a deadly hit and run. He was a great young kid super humble, grateful, and a hard worker, said Matt Crandall, who is a partner at The Bourbon Group, which owns both White Horse and Franklin Ave.
