SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4) — A resident in the Sugar House neighborhood is looking to improve the safety of pedestrians crossing at Westminister and 1300 East. Meaghan Kelliher spent a lot of her summer pushing a stroller around with her baby when her attention was drawn to the intersection.
