SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — The former treasurer and festival director of the Utah Scottish Association has been charged with stealing over $100K in funds from the organization. Jared Wayne Hunt has been charged with theft by deception of an amount greater than $5,000 (a second-degree felony).
