The Moab City Council unanimously voted Sept. 22 to lower the speed limit on 100 West from 25 mph to 20 mph, bringing it in line with much of downtown. The new signs are now in place. First responders tend to a motorcyclist who was critically injured after the motorcycle she was operating collided with a vehicle on 100 West on Aug.
