SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, June 1, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — Aiming for commuters, the state of Utah is offering to front $400 to $800 to electric bike purchasers. The e-bike program begins Monday, June 1, according to the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, stewards of the program.
