A split second after snagging a long offensive rebound just beyond the free-throw line in the second half of last Saturday’s exhibition game against Santa Clara, Utah State forward Connor Turnbull realized that no one stood between him and the basket. That’s when Turnbull turned into a bull, charging down the lane and attacking the rim with every bit of his 6-foot-11, 225-pound frame.
