The University of Utah said it's offering "support and resources" to the victim of an attack on campus — a member of the College Republicans — and it's doing the same for the person who was cited for misdemeanor assault and property damage. "Two Class B misdemeanors don't get you expelled or even in trouble?" posted Riley Beesley, Utah College Republicans chair.
