PARK CITY, Utah — A dump truck rolled over on southbound SR-224 at Holiday Ranch Loop Road on Thursday afternoon, blocking two of the three southbound lanes and slowing traffic heading into Park City. The Utah Department of Transportation reported the crash Thursday, with only the left lane open to southbound drivers while crews worked to clear the scene.
