Meet Cypher and Glitch! Electronics-sniffing K-9s introduced for Utah Adult Probation and Parole team

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — The Utah Department of Corrections is introducing two new Electronics-sniffing K-9 officers that will be assigned to the Adult Probation and Parole (AP&P) team. The K-9s, named Cypher and Glitch, are specially trained to detect triphenylphosphine oxide, the chemical found in circuit boards and flame retardants of most all electronic devices.
