Seniors, disabled persons struggling most to find housing in Iron County

Data shows seniors and those with disabilities are struggling most to find housing in Iron County. Executive Director James Jetton said they’ve had an uptick in seniors and medically acute patients since 2023. "We haven't been able to increase affordable housing units at the rate that's required for kind of the issue that's been happening," Jetton said.
