(Provo, UT) — A Utah judge is ordering the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk to stand trial for capital murder. The judge ruled that there was sufficient probable cause after prosecutors presented what they called “overwhelming” evidence against Tyler Robinson during his preliminary hearing.
