Ice cream fans, get ready: Utah’s first location of Salt & Straw is opening this week in Riverton at Mountain View Village. The new outpost of the national ice cream brand is opening Friday at 4489 W. Partridge Hill Lane, Suite S-120, next door to R&R Barbecue, a publicist said.
