BEAVER, Utah (ABC4) —  When the Cottonwood burn scar brought on rushing waters and destruction to Beaver, Congresswoman Celeste Maloy started gathering Utah's leaders to respond. Beaver City Mayor Matt Robinson tells ABC4 he was on FaceTime with Maloy as he watched the canyon flood.
