How to submit feedback
Feedback can be submitted through an online form or by calling (435) 246-1538.
Types of input categories
The feedback process allows riders to categorize their input into several areas, including compliments, complaints, questions, suggestions, or civil rights complaints. Specific subcategories for inquiries include delays, drivers, routes and schedules, website or app usage, lost and found, and general suggestions.
Reporting urgency levels
High Valley Transit also requests that users indicate the urgency of the issue, ranging from low urgency for general feedback to critical levels for safety incidents or stranded riders.
Services covered by feedback
The feedback form covers various HVT services, including fixed-route buses, micro vans, Valley Ride paratransit, and Uplift!. Riders using the High Valley Transit SPOT app can also specify their use of that platform when submitting comments.
