The Rocky Ridge Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to hold a meeting on Nov. 3, 2026, according to a notice published Oct. 15. The session will address various local matters, including updates on a right-of-way map and new zoning discussions.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. and is expected to conclude by 9:00 p.m. at the Town Hall located at 195 E. Mountain Ridge Road, Rocky Ridge, UT 84645. According to the posted agenda, the commission will begin by moving to approve the October minutes.
Unfinished business on the agenda includes an update regarding a right-of-way map. New business items scheduled for discussion include the drafting of a resolution for a Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) map that affects building applications. Additionally, the commission will hold a discussion regarding existing community zoning and possible new zoning ideas.
An open floor session will be held during the meeting to allow citizens to present concerns or ideas to the Town Council. While citizens may participate, the notice states that no formal action can be taken on items raised during this session, and participation is limited by the time available. The meeting will be recorded according to state statute, and copies are available to any citizen upon request.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Rocky Ridge Town will provide reasonable accommodations for meeting participants. Individuals requiring special accommodations, such as auxiliary communicative aids or services, must notify Neva Ray at (435) 623-1249 at least 48 hours before the meeting starts.
