The Rocky Ridge Town Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing and town meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, to discuss 2026 water utilization, according to a September 2 notice.
In accordance with state law, the Town of Rocky Ridge is required to provide an annual disclosure regarding the equivalent charges for water provided by the municipality for municipal use. During the hearing, the town will report the water utilization and equivalent cost for 2026. The value of water provided for municipal purposes will be reported as a non-cash expense or write-off for the town.
The meeting is set to take place from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at 195 E. Mountain Ridge Road in Rocky Ridge. The public is invited to attend and participate in the hearing.
