The City of Orem Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on May 20, 2026, to consider a request for a zoning map amendment. The meeting is scheduled to begin at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the City of Orem Council Chambers.
The hearing will take place at 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah.
The proposed amendment involves a request to change Article 22-5-3(A) and the City of Orem Zoning Map. The proposal seeks to change the zone for properties located generally at 1075 South 1675 West from CM, Commercial Manufacturing, to M2, Manufacturing.
The area subject to this zoning change consists of approximately 9.29 acres.
