Snow College football dropped from No. 5 to No. 9 in the national polls after a loss at Kilgore (Texas), according to a September 14 report by Mid-Utah Radio.
The national rankings for the week included Iowa Western at No. 1, followed by Hutchinson (Kan.), Mississippi Gulf Coast, Georgia Military, East Mississippi CC, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, Trinity Valley (Texas), Tyler (Texas), Snow, Copiah-Lincoln (Miss.), Navarro (Texas), Butler (Kan.), Iowa Central, Northwest Mississippi CC, and Coffeyville (Kan.).
The Badgers were scheduled to return home to continue their Southwestern Junior College Football Conference schedule by hosting No. 7 Trinity Valley for Homecoming. The game was slated for 7:00 pm at Robert E. Stoddard Field at Terry Foote Stadium.
