The Snyderville Basin Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, to consider multiple development items. The meeting is scheduled to take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Sheldon Richins Building Auditorium in the Anchor Location.
One item for possible action involves a Master Planned Development and rezoning of parcel SCBP-10-2AM from the Community Commercial zone to the Neighborhood Mixed-Use 1 zone. Located at 6417 N Pace Frontage Rd in Silver Summit, the project would allow for a mixed-use development consisting of residential and commercial space. The applicants for this project are Clive Bridgwater of Bridgwater Consulting Group and Saralee Atencio.
The commission will also consider a Plat Amendment in the Trout Creek Townhouses PUD regarding parcels TCT-B and TCT-A, located at 6600 Trout Creek CT and 6598 Glenwild Dr. The applicant for this amendment is Alliance Engineering, with Swaner Sumner M Trustee listed as the owner.
