Deer Valley Resort will launch its summer operations on June 19, 2026, featuring mountain biking, hiking, and scenic chairlift rides through the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains.
Summer Pass and Discount Details
The resort's summer offerings include various access options, such as the Wasatch Gravity Pass, which provides unlimited access to both Deer Valley and Solitude for $399. According to Ikon Pass, this pass also grants users 15% discounts on select retail, dining, rentals, and clinics.
Bike Park Access and Requirements
For mountain bikers using the lift-served Bike Park, Deer Valley requires a Pedal Pass and a signed waiver for those without a season pass or lift ticket. The Pedal Pass costs $12 per day or $50 for the season and supports trail maintenance and bike patrol. While the downhill trails in the Bike Park require this pass, all other multi-use, multi-directional trails remain open and free to the public.
Skill-Based Riding Clinics Schedule
The resort has scheduled several skill-based clinics for the upcoming season. The Women's Ride Series, designed for riders ages 16 and older, will take place on July 11, July 25, and August 8, 2026. These sessions include professional instruction, lunch, and an open ride session.
Youth Gravity Camp Information
A Kids Gravity Camp for riders aged 10 to 14 is also scheduled for July 10, July 24, and August 7, 2026. The full-day camp provides professional coaching, lift access, and protective gear for participants.
Scenic Rides and Family Promotions
Other summer activities include scenic chairlift rides via the Silver Lake Express and Sterling Express. For families, Deer Valley is offering a promotion where children ages 12 and under receive one free scenic lift ticket with the purchase of a paying adult ticket.
