Canyon Creek Elementary is hosting a cereal drive to support families in need. The school is working with the Firebird community to reach a goal of collecting 200 boxes of cereal.
The donation period for the event was scheduled to run from November 2 through November 13. Donations consist of unopened boxes of any kind of cereal. The school also accepts cereal that has expired within the past year.
All collected donations will be provided to the Bountiful Food Pantry to assist local families.
The school noted that every box makes a difference in helping the Firebird community spread kindness and make a positive impact.
