Tri Pointe Homes has announced the completion of its first LivingWell concept home and the commencement of sales at Pavilions at Holladay Hills in Holladay, Utah. This limited collection consists of six luxury estate residences, with prices starting from the high $3 millions.
The wellness-focused concept home was developed in collaboration with design expert Bobby Berk, Bassenian Lagoni Architects, PKJ Design Group, and manufacturers including Brizo and James Hardie. The project introduces the LivingWell platform, which aims to integrate wellness into the entire home through design, light, and adaptability.
The 7,772-square-foot concept home features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a 4-bay garage, and a separate carriage home. Designed by Bobby Berk, the interior utilizes a Cotswolds Rustic aesthetic inspired by the English countryside, incorporating natural materials and layered textures.
Key wellness features within the concept home include a chef-inspired kitchen, a fitness and restoration room, restorative bathrooms, and a pet station with a dog wash. The home is organized around a private interior courtyard that includes a pool, spa, fire pit, orchard, and raised garden beds with plantings such as apple trees, grapevines, sage, and lavender.
The Pavilions at Holladay Hills community offers six distinctive estate homes ranging from approximately 6,811 to 9,800 square feet. These residences include between five and six bedrooms, seven to nine bathrooms, and 4-bay garages.
According to Tri Pointe Homes president and chief operating officer Tom Mitchell, the LivingWell approach represents an evolution in home design, focusing on how a home can adapt, restore, and support the wellbeing of its residents. This builds upon the company's existing LivingSmart program, which focuses on sustainability and energy efficiency.
The community is located at 2065 East Arbor Lane in Holladay, approximately 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Residents are situated near Mount Olympus, Lake Blanche, and Donut Falls trails.
