Kirton McConkie announced in a report published September 9 that 48 of its attorneys have been named to the 2026 Mountain States Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. The group includes 35 attorneys recognized as Rising Stars.
Super Lawyers rates attorneys across more than 70 practice areas based on professional achievement and peer recognition. The selection process utilizes 12 indicators, including scholarly writings, lectures, and verdicts or settlements. Candidates are identified through peer nominations, managing partner surveys, third-party feedback, or directly by the Super Lawyers research team.
According to the report, the top 5% of attorneys receive Super Lawyers honors, while only 2.5% are named as Rising Stars each year. The resulting list serves as a resource for consumers and legal professionals when searching for counsel.
