The West Haven Special Service District scheduled a monthly board meeting for Sept. 21, 2026, according to a Sept. 16 notice. The meeting is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. at West Haven City Hall and will include a digital viewing option via Zoom and YouTube.
The agenda for the upcoming meeting includes a presentation regarding the Impact Fee Facility Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) by Fred Philpot. Board members are also scheduled to consider several action items, such as Resolution 08-2026 to declare a HP Designjet Printer as surplus and Resolution 09-2026 to approve the Hart Estate Subdivision Plat. Additionally, the board will review a request for a quote award for the 2700 W Lift Station Fence to Elite Outdoor Pros in the amount of $36,525.16.
Other items on the agenda include a discussion and potential action regarding an amended change order from Corrio, Inc. for an extension on the completion date of the 2700 W Lift Station. The board may also enter into a closed session for a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
The meeting will also address various consent agenda items, including the approval of the August 17, 2026, minutes and several billing adjustments and payments. These payments include amounts for Central Weber pretreatment and treatment fees, as well as invoices from West Haven City, Gardner Engineering, and Corrio Construction, Inc.
