According to a notice on the Provo city website, the city has outlined details for 2026 volleyball programs, including youth and adult leagues. The information covers registration periods, fees, and evaluation processes for various age groups.
Youth volleyball programs for 3rd through 9th grade involve specific registration and evaluation protocols. For 3rd to 4th grade teams, staff will assemble the rosters. Teams for 5th through 9th grade are formed using a hybrid system involving player requests and evaluations. Players in these older age groups were scheduled to attend evaluations at the Recreation Center on February 13.
Registration for these youth programs was scheduled from December 18 to January 29. Fees for youth programs were set at $60 for residents and $70 for non-residents, though a $10 early bird discount was available if signed up before the registration deadline. The program includes eight league games and a single-elimination post-season tournament, with practices and games held Monday through Thursday.
An adult 6v6 volleyball league was scheduled for 2026. The league features 10 games and a post-season tournament, with games played at the Provo Rec Center or Shoreline MS. Registration for the adult league was scheduled from July 7 to August 28.
Fees for adult teams were $300 per team. The league schedule includes women's upper or lower divisions on Tuesdays, men's open on Wednesdays, and coed games on Thursdays.
