According to the City of Draper, the platform allows registered users to select their preferred method of contact and manage specific subscription categories. Once a user registers, they can also update or add new contact information at any time.
Beyond standard notifications, the city noted that registered phone numbers are utilized for voice calls during emergency situations. The city highly recommends that all residents maintain both a phone number and a physical address on file within the system. Having an address on record is particularly critical for emergency notifications, as it provides first responders with valuable information during an incident.
