The Mantua Planning and Zoning Commission continues its 2026 schedule, providing resources for community engagement regarding town growth and development. While the commission holds regular monthly sessions, the meeting previously scheduled for July 9, 2026, has been cancelled.
Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM at Town Hall. The commission is led by Chairperson Pam Eaves, with members Doug Green, Cindy Gibbons, Robert Thayne, Don Ruhl, Ryan Thurgood, and Jim Jones.
To participate in the agenda-setting process, residents must submit requests in writing to Townhall@mantuautah.gov. All exhibits and paperwork must be submitted by the first Friday of the month, as the commission notes there are no exceptions to this deadline.
The remaining 2026 meeting dates include August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12, and December 10. The commission provides various public resources including meeting agendas, minutes, and audio recordings from previous sessions for community review.
