Officials responded to a report of a potential bomb threat on SR-100, but found no explosive device was present.
The incident took place on Saturday, July 11.
The Millard County Sheriff's Office stated that they conducted a thorough investigation and found the individual involved was experiencing a mental health crisis.
Assistance during the response included troopers with Utah Highway Patrol, local EMS, and the Utah County Bomb Squad.
The sheriff's office said that their priority remains the safety and well-being of the community.
