Carbon County officials have announced schedules for electronic voting equipment demonstrations and early voting for the 2026 General Election, according to a public notice published September 3.
A logic and accuracy demonstration of the electronic voting equipment used for the 2026 General Election is scheduled for October 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The demonstration will occur at the Carbon County Administration Building, located at 751 East 100 North, Suite 1100, in Price, Utah. This demonstration is open for public observation per Section 20A-4-104 of the Utah Code.
Early voting for the 2026 General Election will be held in the Downstairs Conference Room of the Carbon County Administration Building. Voting hours are set from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting Tuesday, October 27, 2026, and continuing through Friday, October 30, 2026.
To participate in early voting, individuals must be registered on or before October 23, 2026. Voters are required to present a valid photo identification showing their name, photograph, and current address, or two different forms of identification that show both their name and current address. The Carbon County Clerk-Auditor, Seth Marsing, noted that the Clerk's Office is available for questions or ADA accessibility concerns.
