The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on September 1, 2026:

Ordinance 2026-24 amending the Midway City zoning map by removing certain properties from the Transient Rental Overlay District.

Ordinance 2026-26 amending Section 7.06.090.C of the Midway City Municipal Code regarding the number of vehicles and trailers allowed at transient lodging rental units.

The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on September 14, 2026:

Ordinance 2026-25 amending Section 16.13.270 of the Midway City Municipal Code regarding home occupations and the number of vehicles and trailers allowed on a lot or parcel.
