How the service works
The on-demand service operates through a multi-step process. Patients begin by submitting a form, which involves completing a brief patient screening and request form and paying for the service if approved. Following this, patients can consult with a pharmacist or lab technician over the phone.
Available medications and medical equipment
Available treatments include weight loss treatment, skin anti-aging, birth control, hair loss treatment, acne treatment, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, seasonal allergy relief, UTI treatment, and yeast infection relief. The service also provides access to medical equipment such as breast pumps, crutches, wheeled walkers, and nebulizers.
Additional health and screening services
Other health services available through the platform include skin care for rosacea, dandruff, and athlete's foot relief. General health options encompass at-home lab draws, colon cancer screening, acid reflux treatment, COVID treatment, gout treatment, injectable epinephrine, motion sickness, naloxone, and nicotine and tobacco cessation.
Sexual health prevention and care
For sexual health, the service offers PrEP HIV prevention along with birth control and other treatments.
