Team Throttle Monster maintains a fleet of two Velociraptor monster trucks, including an orange version driven by Travis Hall and a blue version driven by David Olfert. The custom trucks were first introduced in 2022 and have since appeared in various stadium and arena series.
The orange Velociraptor has been driven by Travis Hall since 2026. Prior to Hall, the truck was driven by several individuals, including Carson Williams in 2025 and Devin Winfield between 2023 and 2025. In 2024, David Olfert drove the orange version during the Stadium Championship Series West and won a racing competition at Protective Stadium in Birmingham, Alabama. The orange design was previously placed on a shelf for two months following Olfert's retirement in October 2024.
The blue Velociraptor has been operated by various drivers since 2023. In 2026, the blue version has been driven by David Olfert in Seattle and Red Bluff, as well as by Jeff Souza on the Toughest Monster Truck Tour. Other drivers associated with the blue truck include Devin Winfield, who drove the vehicle in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and Preston Peréz, who drove it during the first part of 2026.
The Velociraptor trucks were created following the popularity of the Jurassic Attack revival. The original blue design was introduced in October 2022, while a second truck with a blue and green design was debuted by Travis Mowery on October 28, 2022. The trucks have appeared in the Monster Jam Showdown video game, where players can unlock different versions through specific gameplay achievements.
The team has seen several driver changes over the years, including Cliff Turner and Preston Peréz, both of whom drove the trucks in 2026 before leaving the team.
In West Jordan, Utah, Dalton Widner has driven the truck. Additionally, Paul Jensen has driven the truck in Price, Utah, utilizing a hydrogen powered Jurassic Attack chassis.
