A man in his 40s died and a woman was hospitalized Sunday night, Nov. 1, 2026, after their side-by-side vehicle rolled in a remote area of Utah County, according to the Utah County Sheriff's Office.
Accident Details
The accident occurred in the Strawberry Ridge area located above Hobble Creek Canyon. Sgt. Ormond of the Utah County Sheriff's Office reported that the vehicle involved was a side-by-side containing two occupants: a driver and a passenger.
Injuries and Casualties
The male occupant, identified as being in his 40s, passed away from injuries sustained during the rollover. The female passenger also sustained injuries in the crash. While the injuries to the woman were described as substantial, officials stated they were not life-threatening.
