Voter Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to vote, individuals must be United States citizens and at least 18 years old on or before the next election. Additionally, applicants must have been a resident of Utah for at least 30 days immediately before the next election and cannot be a convicted felon currently incarcerated for the commission of a felony.

The deadline to register is up until 11 days prior to the date of the next election. Voters may also find registration forms at local Department of Motor Vehicles locations and various government agencies.

For those choosing to submit forms digitally, the Elections Office is located at 250 N. Main St., Richfield, UT 84701. The office noted that Adobe Acrobat is required to access the Voter Registration Form.
