The Hatch Town Council will hold a meeting on Sept. 16, 2026, at the Hatch Community Center, according to a notice published Sept. 9.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. at 49 W Center, Hatch, Utah. The agenda includes the approval of minutes from Aug. 19, 2026, and a review of financial reports and invoices from August.
Public hearings are scheduled for Scott Walter. Additionally, the council will address petitions and communications regarding a driveway and meter for Scott Walter, building maintenance and stucco, and a Mackaben Conditional Use Permit.
Proposed ordinances for discussion include an update to the cargo container ordinance, a data privacy resolution, and a privacy policy.
Departmental reports scheduled for the meeting include updates from the Water Department, Fire Department, Road Department, Parks and Recreation, and the Planning and Zoning Commission. Other items on the agenda include a CIB grant update, cemetery reports, and a report regarding a UDOT appraisal and purchase.
