A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan Planning Commission on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following:

Carver Construction; 5577 W Leo Park Rd; Conditional Use Permit for Outside Storage and Operations; Light Manufacturing (M-1) Zone; Carver Construction (Applicant)

Highlands Landing North; 7592 South 5490 West; 9.4 Acres; Future Land Use Map Amendment from Very Low Density Residential, Parks and Open Land and Community Commercial to Medium Density Residential and Community Commercial and Rezone from  RR-1-D (Rural Residential 1-Acre Lots) and SC-2 (Community Shopping Center) to R-3-8 (Multiple -Family Dwelling, 8 or less units/acre) and SC-2 (Community Shopping Center); Peterson Development (Applicant)

The Marlowe; 3247 West Jordan Loop Lane; Preliminary Site Plan; Planned Community (P-C) Zone; Boulder Ventures (Applicant)
