On August 18, 2026, Highland City Council adopted the following ordinance(s):
• O-2026-26 Amending Nuisance Regulations for Parking and Storing of
Vehicles and Equipment on Private Property
• O-2026-27 Amending Highland City Development Code Related to
Landscaping Regulations
A full and complete copy of the ordinances are available at the office of the
Highland City Recorder, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, Utah, during
regular office hours, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m.
and 6:00 p.m.
