Officials are investigating the death of a truck driver found Friday morning in Millard County after he was partially ejected from his vehicle.
A rancher reported finding the crashed vehicle on Cedar Mountain Road, nearly a mile north of Fillmore, shortly after 6 a.m. Friday, according to the Millard County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies discovered that a single male occupant had been partially ejected from a white Dodge pickup truck when it rolled several times.
The sheriff's office stated the man was deceased at the scene. The victim has been identified as 43-year-old Greg Bennett Wade of Fillmore, and notifications have been made to his family.
A Utah Highway Patrol accident reconstruction team and the State Medical Examiner’s Office responded to the scene.
The investigation is ongoing and no further details have been released.
