Weave has been named the number one leader in G2's Fall 2026 Grid Report for Patient Relationship Management software, earning the highest satisfaction score and largest market presence in its category. The Lehi, Utah, company achieved the distinction on Sept. 18, following a period of rapid expansion that included significant revenue growth reported in early 2026.
The top ranking is based on G2's dual-axis methodology, which evaluates products through verified user reviews to measure both customer satisfaction and market presence. According to Weave, 94% of users rated the platform 4 or 5 stars, while 96% of reviewers indicated the product is moving in the right direction.
Weave's high scores included a 96% rating for secure communications, 95% for patient experience management, and 94% for ease of administration. The company also maintained leader status in several adjacent categories, including Patient Intake, Patient Engagement, Patient Scheduling, HIPAA Compliant Messaging, Optometry, Veterinary Practice Management, and AI Patient Engagement & Operations.
The company's recent market leadership follows substantial platform enhancements announced on April 17, 2026. These updates focused on integrating artificial intelligence into healthcare workflows to address issues such as missed calls in dental offices, where one in three calls is missed during business hours.
Key AI-powered features introduced include an AI Assistant capable of generating smart replies and assisted response composition for emails and reviews. The platform also features an AI Receptionist to manage appointment scheduling and FAQs via text messaging, alongside automated voicemail transcription and fax summaries.
Weave's recent success is built upon a foundation of strong financial performance throughout 2025. On Feb. 19, 2026, the company reported that its fourth quarter total revenue reached $63.4 million, a 17% increase over the same period in 2024.
For the full year of 2025, Weave reported total revenue of $239.0 million, also representing a 17% year-over-year increase. During that year, the company added 4,628 net new customer locations, bringing its total to 39,625 as of Dec. 31, 2025. The company also reported a full-year 2025 non-GAAP net income of $6.6 million.
A critical component of Weave's service expansion involved a strategic partnership with Synchrony, announced on Feb. 19, 2026. The partnership integrated CareCredit, a patient financing solution, directly into Weave's messaging and payment workflows.
This integration allows healthcare staff to view a patient's CareCredit status and available funds within the Weave platform, aiming to reduce the administrative burden and mitigate financial barriers to treatment. According to the company, 43% of customers using Weave's payment products indicated they would be willing to use Weave's services exclusively if CareCredit were included.
The company's growth has been supported by a consistent schedule of financial reporting and platform development. Weave announced its first quarter 2026 results would be released on April 30, 2026, and its second quarter 2026 results on Aug. 6, 2026.
As of its Sept. 18 announcement, Weave continues to serve more than 40,000 customer locations. The company was also recognized as a 2026 Best Software Awards winner for healthcare software products by G2.
Looking ahead to the remainder of 2026, the company's financial outlook remains focused on continued scaling. Based on projections released earlier in the year, Weave anticipated full-year 2026 total revenue between $273.0 million and $276.0 million.
