The Town of Bluff has released a collection of resident resources and meeting records, according to a report published August 7. The documentation includes items noted during various Town Council meetings and various municipal updates.
In a series of meeting notes, the Town of Bluff addressed a SITLA motion to intervene in the Acton petition to disconnect from the town. This matter included a memorandum in opposition to the intervention. The Acton petition to disconnect was filed with the San Juan County Court on October 18, 2023.
Regarding local elections, the Bluff Town Council Primary Election was cancelled on August 8, 2023. The Bluff Town Council General Election was scheduled for Tuesday, November 21, 2023.
Other municipal items recorded include a first draft of an aviation ordinance and a master fee schedule resolution from July 18, 2023. Additionally, stage 1 fire restrictions were in effect as of June 13, 2023.
