Windy Gale Phillips Lambert has passed away, according to a report published October 29, 2026.
She was the daughter of Steve Phillips and Vickie Fox Phillips and will be remembered for her generous heart, laughter, and kindness toward others.
Lambert is survived by her four children, Makiah (Ruth), Charlie, Tylah, and Lucie, and her siblings Jeff, Terry, Sean, Tracy, Rachel, and Richard (Corrina) Phillips.
She is also survived by many family members and friends. The family expressed that she loved her children fiercely.
Funeral services for Lambert are scheduled for October 31, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. The chapel is located at 800 North 100 West in Provo, Utah.
