The Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board is scheduled to meet on September 9, 2026, according to a September 4 notice. The meeting is set to take place from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
The meeting will be conducted both in-person and electronically via Webex. Participants attending in person can visit the Parks & Recreation Administrative Office at 2001 S State Street, Suite S4-700, Salt Lake City, UT 84190.
Agenda items for the meeting include the approval of the May 2026 minutes and an introduction by new board member Ruth Shapiro. Additionally, Division Director Chris Otto is scheduled to provide a brief overview of the Recreation General Obligation Bond and a division-wide report.
Public comments are permitted during the meeting, though individuals are limited to three minutes unless the board approves otherwise. Those unable to attend in person may email comments to Jeniffer Goodman by 10:00 AM on the day of the meeting to have them read into the record.
