The Kaysville City Planning Commission is seeking applicants for an open alternate position. Applications for the role must be submitted by Friday, Feb 8, 2023.
The Planning Commission consists of residents appointed by the City Council. Members of the commission come from various professional and vocational backgrounds.
Responsibilities for the commission include making recommendations to the City Council concerning land use ordinances, the General Plan, amendments to the zoning map, and subdivision applications. Additionally, the commission acts on land applications such as variances and conditional use permits.
Meetings for the Planning Commission are held at 7:00pm on the second and fourth Thursday of every month. These meetings take place in the Council Chambers located at Kaysville City Hall, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT.
