The St. George Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 22, 2026, to consider a planned development amendment for Rusty Cliffs South, according to a September 11 notice.
The hearing is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. at the St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street.
The proposed amendment, identified as Case No. 2026-PDA-020, involves a request to change the approved zone plan for the Rusty Cliffs South development. The request seeks to reduce the number of homes from 380 to 294, along with other minor updates.
The 49-acre property is located on the east side of Highway 18, situated between 4100 North and 4400 North. While the overall layout remains mostly the same with a focus on single-family homes, the amendment affects the entire property. DSG Engineering is the applicant for the request, represented by Logan Blake and Stacy Young.
