The St. George Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Sept. 22, 2026, to consider a planned development amendment for the Ledges St George project, according to a September 11 notice.
The proposed amendment, identified as Case No. 2026-PDA-019, seeks to reallocate unit counts within specific areas of the project. The total unit count for the 1,108-acre development is expected to remain the same. The site for the development is situated on both the east and west sides of Highway 18.
DSG Engineering is the applicant for the amendment, represented by Logan Blake. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. at the St. George City Offices, located at 61 S Main Street in St. George.
The City of St. George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public for accessing City programs. Those with special needs may contact the City Human Resources Office at 435-627-4671 at least 24 hours in advance.
