The Puow’wan Program is partnering with Southwest Technical College to launch a new culinary offering. According to a notice on the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah website, the program will provide hands-on experience with an expert chef.
The classes will cover a variety of culinary skills, ranging from preparing starters to making desserts. Participation in each class is limited to 12 people. Registration for the sessions is scheduled to open on the first of the month, with an announcement expected on Oct. 1.
The program aims to provide instruction on making a wide range of dishes, including most items between starters and desserts.
