High Desert MX scheduled a double-header race weekend at the Carbon County Motocross Track from October 2 through October 4, according to a September 26 statement. The event aims to conclude the season with multiple days of racing and community activities.
The weekend of activity was scheduled to begin with practice on Friday, October 2. Racing rounds were set to follow, with Round 7 occurring on Saturday, October 3, and Round 8 on Sunday, October 4.
Scheduled entertainment for the weekend included pit bike races on Friday and Saturday evenings, a live band on Friday night, food trucks, and a bounce house. The event also included a Dash for Cash featuring $250 payouts each round, as well as cash payouts for surprise classes.
